Free Fall (Svobodnoye Padeniye) is an S&S tower ride, which first launches you up and then contains the freefall from 56 metres down to the ground. The idea is good, as it fixes the most common bad point in tower rides, the short riding time.
Free Fall is operated in a pay-per-ride basis, costs around 5 euros a go. They'll have to wait quite long to get each car full, just because there isn't enough people who would be willing to pay that extra! I guess they just want to return the investement in the tower really fast.
