2004's new attraction Falken is one of the largest rollercoasters in the Nordic Countries. The wooden roller coaster was built by the American S&S, best known for their Space Shots.
The rollercoaster features lots of negative G-force, or more commonly airtime, which makes you fly out of the seat into the restraints. There is a total of 9,3 seconds of it trough the ride. This makes it one of the favourites of the wooden coaster fans worldwide, who say it packs a lot of fun for a coaster just 20m tall.
The cost to build Falken was relatively cheap. It cost about 25 million DKR or 3,5 million €.
Material used to construct Falken:
560 tons or 101,232 km of tree
30 tons of metal
5826 fundamet blocks
1003 m³ of beton
